Information on the Winlink Express Templates In order for our Winlink Express messages to conform to the Washington State Emergency Management Division requirements, the Clallam County ARES organization is using ICS templates to create standard formatted and easily printable messages. The ICS templates are now included in the Winlink Express software, starting with release 1.4.3.0.
