Clallam County ARES Manual

The original ARES Manual was published in 2016, and since then, many updates were issued. In 2025 the updates were extensive, so a new complete 2025 Edition was issued. We will continue to issue updates as they become available, but alll updates will only apply to the new 2025 Edition.

Please note that the only way that the manual can be updated is if ARES members identify changes and contact the Emergency Coordinator (EC) to have them implemented.

If you have a previously printed copy of the 2025 Edition manual, please ensure you continue to update it with all of the published updates. You should check the folder below, which is limited to access for current ARES members and others as determined by the Emergency Coordinator (EC).

When updates are issued, an email will be sent to the ARES group through groups.io.

To print a full copy of the 2025 ARES Manual, ARES members and personnel authorized by the EC can access the entire manual through the link below. Who would be eligible to get this?

If you cannot access the Manual from the link below, please contact the Emergency Coordinator (EC) and request the userid & password. This information will not be sent through email or via radio; it will only be supplied through SMS text or telephone voice contact. If you are able access the CCARES Files & Documents (members only) area, look for the file: "ARES Operations Manual - Where is the Manual", which has the information you need.
